Coming from the M3 (London) or the M27 (Portsmouth) take the M27 motorway towards Bournemouth. At Junction 1 take the A337 following the signs for Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Lymington. Continue through Lymington on the A337 towards Christchurch and Bournemouth. Turn left onto the B3058 towards Milford-on-Sea and Keyhaven. The South Lawn Hotel is on your right shortly before you enter the village of Milford.

By train the nearest mainline station is Brockenhurst which is served by frequent direct trains from London, the Midlands, the North and the West. At Brockenhurst you may choose either a taxi (about 20 minutes drive) or a further train to Lymington Town.
